support@uselewk.comYou photograph or share a makeup look, and Lewk suggests real products that suit it, cheaper alternatives when there are any, and how to apply them. The suggestions are products that can recreate the look, not a claim about what the person in the picture wore. For foundation, concealer and powder, Lewk suggests the product and you choose the shade that matches your skin.
In TikTok, tap Share, then More (or Share to), and choose Lewk. A TikTok link shared from Safari works the same way. If Lewk isn’t in the list, scroll to the end of the app row, tap More and turn Lewk on. When a video’s cover doesn’t show the finished makeup, Lewk asks for a screenshot instead. Sharing a TikTok you already have a look from opens that look; for another look from the same video, tap “Different look from this TikTok” on it.
Lewk Pro is billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID, with a free trial for new subscribers where the App Store offers one. The App Store shows the price in your currency before you confirm. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancel or change plan: in Lewk, Settings → Manage subscription, or on your iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
New phone or reinstalled: in Lewk, Settings → Restore purchases.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your looks, photos, boards, products and selfie are visible only to you. Lewk asks before it first sends a photo to OpenAI to read the makeup; you can turn that off in Settings → AI photo analysis. Details are in the privacy policy.
To delete one look, open it and tap … → Delete look: its photo, products and AI preview go, and it comes off your boards (the boards stay). To delete everything, in Lewk, Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, looks, boards, products and selfie, and can’t be undone. It doesn’t cancel a subscription: cancel that first under Manage subscription. If you can’t open the app any more, email us and we’ll help.
